What we collect
When you place an order or request a call back we receive your name, phone number, optional email, delivery method and address, the contents of the order and your comment. You provide this data voluntarily.
Why it is needed
To confirm the order, agree the delivery cost, issue an invoice, build and ship the mast, and to answer your enquiry. Without a name and a phone number an order cannot be placed.
Who has access
Only company staff, after signing in with a confirmed phone number. Data is stored in Google Firebase (Google Cloud). Managers are notified of new requests in Telegram. Carriers only receive what delivery requires.
How long it is kept
Order data is kept for as long as the order, the warranty service and Ukrainian accounting law require.
Analytics and advertising
The site uses Google Analytics 4, Google Ads and the Meta Pixel to understand which pages visitors use and to show advertising. These services may set cookies and receive anonymised data about page views. Visit statistics are collected on the server: the IP address is not stored, it is turned into a daily irreversible hash, and only country, city, provider and campaign tag are kept.
Your choice
Analytics and advertising tags load only after you agree in the banner. You can change that by clearing the site data in your browser. Declining analytics does not prevent you from ordering.
Your rights
You may ask what data we hold about you, have it corrected, withdraw your consent or ask for it to be deleted. Write to sokar.ltd@gmail.com and we will answer within 30 days.
Security
The site runs over HTTPS. Requests travel through a secured server connection and are protected by database rules. No passwords or keys are stored in the site's code.
Changes
The current version is always published on this page with the date it was updated.
